1) You will give us a Frequently Asked Questions list (5-10 responses that we can give your customers as well as giving them your name and number for advanced questions). Usually these are hours of operation, cost of a few services, and your contact information.
2) We will work with you to get a call script for our reps to follow. For instance, name, number, address, what service is needed, their email address, and maybe a few other pieces of information that you want us to gather. Then, we email the information to you.

For instance, if you paid $3,800 for 10,000 calls, the 2nd (and any future orders to call the same list) time calling the campaign, the cost would be 25% cheaper, or $2,850
